EMERGENCY

911 is the Emergency Number (but if you read our blog you know that from a cell phone it often goes to the CHP and there is a long wait time – so you should consider these other numbers).

NON-EMERGENCY

Non-Emergency Number for LAPD if police are needed and you are not involved; or if it’s a minor traffic accident or minor crime; loud music/party, etc. CALL

WATCH COMMANDER

BEFORE YOU START PATROL ALWAYS CALL THE WATCH COMMANDER FIRST: Call the desk 213-473-0476 and ask to be transferred to whoever is the Watch Commander for the shift. They can alert you if there’s been a local shooting or anything of importance that is going on .

If something happened and you want to make sure the police have already been dispatched, also check with the Watch Commander. Tell them you’re with the Miracle Mile Neighborhood Patrol, they should be aware of us.

Call the desk 213-473-0476 to make a report for vandalism, theft or other MINOR CRIMES.
